Data Quality Review Program
The Data Quality Review (DQR) Program supports hospitals and healthcare facilities participating in the Get With The Guidelines® registries. It provides an external, collaborative review process designed to strengthen data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in a non-punitive, supportive environment.
By validating abstraction processes and improving inter-rater reliability (IRR), the DQR Program helps ensure that registry data truly reflects clinical practice—leading to stronger insights and improved internal performance.
