Get With The Guidelines庐 offers flexible data submission options to accommodate hospitals with varying workflows, technical resources, and staffing models. Whether data is entered manually or integrated directly from the electronic health record (EHR), sites can choose the approach that best supports accurate, efficient reporting and quality improvement.
Data Entry Solutions
Direct Abstraction
Hospital users manually enter patient data directly into the secure, web鈥慴ased registry. As part of the onboarding process, sites receive detailed coding instructions to support consistent and accurate data abstraction.
Data Upload
Sites may work with their internal Information Technology team or an external vendor to create a data upload file using discrete data elements from the EHR. Once properly formatted, the file can be uploaded into the registry, with minimal manual abstraction required to complete any remaining data fields.
Web Service Provider
Third鈥憄arty vendors may participate as Web Service Providers, offering automated solutions that transmit data directly into Get With The Guidelines. Hospitals can contract with these vendors to leverage existing technology and streamline data submission.
After enrollment, each site collaborates with a dedicated Quality Improvement Consultant to determine the most effective and sustainable data entry method for their organization.
