Congratulations on successfully completing the Get with the Guidelines-Resuscitation certification process. Your name will be submitted to IQVIA, as having passed the certification exam within two business days.

FOR NEW ABSTRACTORS:
You will need to learn how to use the web-based Patient Management Tool (PMT) before receiving your access code for data abstraction. Please note that if you are recertifying, you do not have to repeat technical training.

1. Schedule your technical training session. Contact the IQVIA Help Desk any time during business hours 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST M-F and a Technical Support Representative will be available to assist you in finding a training time. Group trainings are offered three times per week:

• Mondays at 4pm EST
• Wednesdays at 10 am EST
• Fridays at 2 pm EST

2. After completion of technical training, you will be provided with your new username and password so that you can open the Resuscitation PMT and begin data abstraction.
